To earn one CEU, watch one of these videos, then complete the form following that video. Mail the completed form with a check for $20 processing fee made payable to MACD/MCDA to the address on the form. Please do not request CEUs for workshops that you attended in person.
Live in a different state? No problem - the CEU's are valid in all states, but you are responsible for sending a copy of the completed CEU form to the person who tracks CEU's in your state.
